St. Mary's School is managed by Sagar Diocesan Service Society under Sagar Diocese. Head of the institution is the Bishop of Sagar and president of the Sagar diocesan Service Society. Under him the educational co coordinator guides the school for its development. The school is headed by the Manager and Principal with the help of School management committee.
